How it works
Sign a contract with MOSAIC
The app is free. The warehouse service (storage, packing, shipping) needs a fulfillment contract with MOSAIC.
Install the app and paste your key
Install MOSAIC Fulfillment from the Shopify App Store and paste the warehouse key you got from MOSAIC. The connection is verified right away.
Map products, shipping and payments
Products are mapped by EAN or SKU, shipping rates can be imported from the warehouse. Then switch to live — orders flow by themselves.
What the app does
Orders to the warehouse
A paid order goes to the warehouse automatically, with the address, shipping and payment. Cash on delivery included.
Inventory always current
Warehouse quantities sync to Shopify every few minutes, so you never sell what isn't in stock.
Tracking for customers
Once shipped, the tracking number and carrier events are added to the order and Shopify notifies the customer.
Pickup points
Customers choose a Packeta, PPL, GLS or Balíkovo pickup point after checkout; the app reminds those who forget.
Shipping rates
Import the warehouse's weight-based shipping prices into Shopify and keep them mapped to the warehouse's services.
Returns
Returns and complaints from the MOSAIC Return portal are recorded and refunded in Shopify.
